Financial Advocates, advisors, and product sponsors highly value these conferences for the opportunity to learn and collaborate here in the PNW. To bring a premier event and meaningful experience to you, a lot of time and money is committed by FA and sponsors. 

By policy and belief, our expenses are never fully covered. For continued success, we need your commitment to attend. Your participation is key. So a nominal advisor fee has been put in place only if an advisor does not follow through.

BADGE SCANNING

All cancellations and substitutions must be submitted via email to marketing@financialadvocates.com on or before September 30th, 2019. All registered attendees that do not cancel and do not attend will be invoiced a $100.00 no-show fee after the event, due upon receipt. Financial Advocates’ registration fee of $5.00 is non-refundable. Please remember that canceling your registration does not automatically cancel your hotel and travel arrangements. You are responsible for canceling your own hotel and travel reservations.

 

NON-ATTENDANCE POLICY

Effective June 1, 2019, Financial Advocates will be implementing a non-attendance policy for conferences and events. A great amount of thought, time, detail and sponsorship funds go into organizing these events.  Therefore, if you register, and do not attend, you will be invoiced $100.00 after the event. Our NAP also applies to attendees who do not attend a significant amount of sessions.

Example: Attendee A registered to attend the conference and did not show for any of the event. This individual will be invoiced $100.00 after the event for failure to cancel.

REGISTRATION TRANSFER

You also have the option of transferring your pass to another person if your plans change (or if you just feel like it). Passes can be transferred until September 30, 2019 and must be submitted in writing via email to marketing@financialadvocates.com. Please remember that transferring your registration does not automatically transfer your hotel and travel arrangements. You are responsible for transferring your own hotel and travel reservations.
